Return/Refund Policy

Exchange & Return Policy

  • As per standard law for customized products, We do not have a return policy for fully customized products. In the rare case that you do receive a product that is damaged or wrong, kindly write to us at wishfryservices@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product with a photo of it. After evaluating the photo, if we feel the case is valid we will arrange for a reverse pick. Please note that if the issue is brought to our notice after 2 days of receiving the product, we will not be able to addressing the same. We will be arranging a pickup for the defected/wrong product from the same address in which the product was delivered. Please hand over the product with the packaging intact. We will dispatch the replacement size within 10 days after receiving the product from you. If we do not have the same product or the same size in the product then the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the product. 
  • The below cases do not qualify for an exchange:
    • Minor colour or design variations: Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
    • If your product darkens over time: Natural darkening/dust is a property of wood and fabric and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions. 
  • We do not accept any cancellations of the order once placed and work has been initiated.
  • All return & exchanges are at the discretion of Pundora
