How to read this page
Each row is one section of the new code. The middle column is the old provision the Bureau of Police Research and Development’s official comparison summary pairs with it; where a new section gathers several old ones, or one old section is split clause by clause, the row says so and opens to the list. “What changed” is Pundora’s own comparison of the two official texts, word by word: a word struck through was in the old section and is not in the new; a word marked was added. It shows the words, not their effect; read both texts.
